This is V1P3R(aka Viper)(aka Delphine Price)). She is my character for a Cyberpunk RED campaign that I am in.
She is a Netrunner, which is basically the closest you can get to having magic in Cyberpunk. She can jack into people's neuroports and fry their brains.
I would like the go through the process of building Viper to show that Cyberpunk character creation, while initally daunting, is extremly fun and rewarding once you figure it out.
